Social value & sustainability
We're a North West business working almost entirely in the North West. Social value isn't a tender exercise for us so much as a description of where our people come from.
Our commitments
We report the figures we can evidence, month by month, and state the rest as commitments rather than dressing them up as statistics.

Apprentice supported through their college portfolio, working alongside our trades on live jobs.
We publish what we delivered each month rather than an annual round-up. See the 2026 averages →
Environment
In repairs and maintenance the environmental impact sits in three places: what you take off, what you put back, and how far the vans travel.
Waste segregated and disposed of through licensed routes, with reclaim and reuse of serviceable materials where it's practical.
The lowest-carbon component is the one you don't have to replace. Where a repair will genuinely last, we'll say so.
Insulation, ventilation and fabric work that reduces heat loss and condensation — often the same work that fixes a damp complaint.
Editorial note — add your measured commitments here once you can evidence them: waste diversion rates, fleet plans, carbon reporting method, and any TOMs or social value framework you report against.
Next step
Tell us the framework you report against and what your contract requires, and we'll set out what we can commit to and how we'll evidence it.
