Council housing stock, corporate buildings and adaptations. Procurement routes, audit trails and social value weightings are all familiar ground, and our estimating procedure is built to stand up to that level of scrutiny.
Trust estate and healthcare premises. Live clinical environments, infection-control requirements, permit-to-work systems and phased or out-of-hours delivery where patient care can't be interrupted.
Schools, academies and colleges. Fabric, renewals and roofing works planned around term dates and holiday windows, with safeguarding, DBS requirements and site segregation built into the method statement.
Owners, managing agents and facilities-management companies. Planned and reactive maintenance, renewals programmes and refurbishment for buildings that have to stay open and trading.
Working as a building fabric and repairs subcontractor to main contractors and FM providers, with the documentation, RAMS and competency evidence your principal contractor duties require.
Insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders. Emergency make-safe, scope validation, costed reinstatement, photographic evidence and completion handover — a property put back properly rather than patched.
